SurSoft also offers something more important than technology alone, we provide unrivaled service for the filters, deionizers and water softeners that end users need to treat process water and protect the pipes, valves, and systems that transport the water.

SurSoft Controller
The SurSoft volume initiated programmable controller reduces operating costs by initiating resin regeneration or filter backwash cycle only when it's needed. The controller performs all necessary calculations and will retain its memory in case of short-term power loss. The SurSoft controller monitors itself, displaying error codes on the large backlit LCD display and sounds an alarm. NEMA 12 enclosures

SureSoft Diaphragm Valves
Valves meet all ASME, ANSI, and AWWA requirements for hydraulic control valves. Cast iron, brass, bronze, stainless steel, and engineering thermoplastic components. Separate chamber protects diaphragm from flow stream, and allows replacement without disrupting service.
Y pattern permits higher flow at lower pressure loss than any comparable valve.

Tank Features
 SurSoft
steel tanks are fabricated under stringent quality standards and are available
in accordance with ASME standards. Heavy gauge steel mineral tanks are provided
with complete exterior coating and NSF approved Potopox lining. 100 psi working
pressure. 150 psi tested. Salt storage and brine measuring tanks are constructed
of fiberglass. Standard internals are corrosion resistant plastic PVC with
optional 304 or 316 stainless steel.
